There's some commercial real estate news to report. This familiar Logan Circle building right at the corner of 14th and Corcoran place is up for sale for $3M and is being sold as-is. Currently it has a hair salon on the first floor and the upper floors have previously been rentals. Given the hot location we're guessing rentals are in its future once more. [RealtyPros via PoP]
