Charles Jencks is a Baltimore-born architect known for his many books and articles on architecture theory, but none of those works compare to his earthworks—sculptures in parks built from the materials found there on (and in) the ground. There's this one in Newcastle, England that uses hill mounds to harken the curves of feminine form. Click over for a bigger version of the 'nude you have to climb'. [Guardian]
