When rapper Biz Markie toured this house as a part of Celebrity House Hunting in the beginning of the year he said it was the one he wanted. But then...nothing. At that time it was asking $3.19M but shortly thereafter commenced an elaborate delist-relist dance as it lowered its price. After several price chops it sold for $2,275,000 at the end of August.
