Sure, DC has made a turnaround (over the past twenty years) and weathered the real estate storm (of the past five years) better than most places, but maybe that isn't something to celebrate. Ross Douthat asks in his latest Op-Ed, "If you don't mind congested roads and insanely competitive child rearing, all this growth is good news for those of us inside the Beltway bubble.
