Here's the scenario: Two guys and one girl are all in their late 20s and are looking for another roommate to share the rooftop jacuzzi with. Or something like that. The better-than-your-average-Craigslist spot will be available starting on October 1 for short-term leases. (We're hoping the weather in October will be conducive for rooftop jacuzzi action.) And when it gets too cold to soak in the tub, there's a fireplace to bring the romance indoors. Included in the rent are utilities and parking. Sounds like this scenario can have multiple endings.
