There's a new subdivision under construction for the people who to live on the extra-green side of life. These planned houses will all come with their own water supplies, septic fields, compressed natural gas outlets for their cars, and space to grow enough vegetables to feed a family.
Foxmont is the name of the community and it is the work of Jay Zawatsky who has already been working for the past decade to get the land ready for houses (and people). He tells the Post: "I didn't want to do what other developers are doing, throwing up big boxes of air. Those are just more energy hogs. I wanted to do it in a way that had the least possible impact on the environment."
