At last we know what is going in at 1020 Monroe. This new building in Columbia Heights sold out of its condos long ago, but everyone was still waiting to see what restaurant would go on the first floor. Eater DC has the goods on this hybrid concept that will merge the owners other restaurants (Tryst, The Diner and Open City). [previously; EDC]
