Right this minute there is a new mobile app out from MRIS that is available to regular consumers (not just real estate agents). Why is that so fantastic? Well, since it is run by MRIS—the company that manages the database of all the public residential listings—this app is linked directly to that database and has the most up to date information available about every property on the market. It is available immediately for iPhones, Androids, and Blackberries (just search for MRIS Homes) and is currently being announced live at the MAR conference by company CEO, David Charron. Yes, there is a separate app available for agents too, so they can access even more background detail about homes when they're on the go.
