The price went down twice before going up again as a final sale. We looked at this 3 bed, 2 bath in May when it was $689,900. It went down to $673,900 after about a month, then after two weeks it slid to $659,900. That was what it took to get it under contract, but the final sales price ended up being $668,000. All this took place during July and the listing will remain a time capsule of the Derecho era since the listing signs off with: "No open....no power".
