New Way To Fund Development; Casting Call For Neat Freaks

H STREET—The same group that brought crowdsourcing to urban development is doing the same for investments. Popularise has started Fundrise—a way for people to buy small shares in a company while it gets off the ground. Right now they're offering up shares for DURKL and Toki Underground Maketto, the establishments that Popularise decided to put in their H Street location. [CurbedInbox]

INTERWEBS—There's a casting call for neat freaks who have a partner who is messy: "We’re looking for newly moved-in couples to participate in this wakeup call for their messy loved one. We’d love to hear from people who have just moved in within the last year". [PoP]
