Not in that 'come on the porch and sit a while' kind of way but in that 'c'mon darn house, sell, sell' kind of way. This five bed, 4.5 bath started out at $1,995,000 and sold at the low price of $1,725,000 in June. Since it is so contemporary and really built for someone with a large art collection to display it is actually impressive it found a buyer so quickly (see the photo gallery from our first post for an idea of what we mean).
