The Sunlit Conversion Of A Dingy Rowhouse

New, 9 comments

Earlier today we brought you news of a studio in Kalorama, but now we have another rowhouse conversion in the same part of town to bring your way. Over on Ashmead Place, this used to be a boring old house, but now it is three condos that all have two bedrooms and two baths. The top unit has skylights and vaulted ceilings and all the units have the granite countertops and stainless steal appliances that seem to be required features of a rowhouse conversion (at least in Kalorama). Above you can see the photos for Unit 1 ($525K), but we have all the floorplans and full price list after the jump.

· Unit 1: $524,999, Beds: 2, Baths: 2, SqFt: 1150 [TTR/Sotheby's]
· Unit 2: $624,999 Beds: 2, Baths: 2, deck SqFt: 1020 [TTR/Sotheby's]
· Unit 3: $674,999 Beds: 2, Baths: 2, SqFt: 1020 [TTR/Sotheby's]
