Storybook cottages are nice diversions from all the row houses in DC and this one delivered as many cute rooms and bright colors as one person needs in life. But looks aren't everything and this four bed, two and a half bath didn't get what it wanted from the market. After starting out at $845,000 then having three price cuts (including one that amounted to one thousand dollars) this finally went under contract at $799,000 and sold for $790,000. It was still only about four months between it going on the market and finding a buyer, so it was just a matter of finding the right price.
