NoMa's Loree Grand at Union Place Is Not A Casino, But It Does Need A High Roller

That building you see there is supposed to have a twin, but the two parties involved in building it, Cohen Cos. and TIAA-CREF, are in the middle of a lawsuit over that. So that planned 525-unit building is on hold. This building, the Loree Grand, has 212 units and is now for sale. It comes about 93% leased with rents averaging a little over $2,300 and CBRE is the group on tap to find a buyer.
