What It's All About: This 2 bedroom, 1.5 condo was profiled back in early July right here on Curbed. And there's been no movement since. On the market for more than 10 months, this "potential short sale" is in the Solo Piazza building, which is the same building as listing #3. In the nine-story Solo Piazza, every unit has floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony which means no matter what unit you purchase, there will be natural light and outdoor space. But back to this unit in particular, since it's a first floor unit, it's going to have a lower ask than upper-floor units. There's always a bright side.

What It's All About: And we're back to the Solo Piazza. And this one is not a short sale. Even better: each bedroom is a master suite so you know you'll have it made. A parking space and storage unit is included with the condo's sale. Monthly runs at $523, but don't think of that while having breakfast on your balcony.
