The Woodley-Wardman's thirty-nine condos that have been carved from four combined townhouses plus a new seven-story tower are almost sold out. There are only three units left, all of them penthouses, and we have the floorplans above. This entire project was conceived as early as 2003 and since the townhouses are some of the only original buildings left on the block, it took several go-arounds with the Historic Preservation Review Board before they would allow the developers to begin. They were also granted a rare variance to allow for the new tower behind the townhouses.
