Maya Lin's Latest; Miniature Golf Meets Architecture

F STREET—The National Building Museum has called upon designers and landscape architects to develop their latest interactive exhibit, a miniature golf course. The different holes are influenced by the built environment around us. For example: one changes colors as you play, another is a stone labyrinth, and yet another is based on the streets of Washington. The exhibit is open until Sept 3rd. [NBM; WaPo]

MAYA LIN WIRE—The designer of the Vietnam Memorial has taken on vanishing species as her next and "last" memorial project. She gave an in-depth interview about this project entitled “What is Missing”. [e360/CurbedInbox]
