The now-deceased Stuyvesant Wainwright spent four terms in the House of Representatives during the 1950s but lived most of his life in Wainscott, New York where he owned this five-acre spread on Georgica Pond. It has been on the market for a year and took almost a million dollars off the ask before finding a buyer. Now it's just a waiting game to see how close to the ten million price tag it will go for.
