White Houses Don't Go For What They Used To

New, 1 comment

Out in Haymarket, Virginia there's a foreclosure story worth paying attention to. In March of this year it became a bank-owned property with a 'sale' price of $1,445,000. Dubbed the "White House in Virginia" we first took a look at it in April when the asking price was $1,111,000 in cash. Then the six bed/seven bath unfinished mansion dropped down to $999,999 and went under contract shortly thereafter. But now the sales price has been revealed and the fifteen thousand square foot house earned $865,000 at its recent sale.
