It's not everyday schadenfreude enters the hallowed halls of Congress, but count Monday as one of those rarities as a urinal explodes and leaks into the House Press Gallery in the U.S. Capitol. Using the "gallery's stacks of unread newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals, as makeshift sponges and sandbags", the damage and aggravation were limited to the carpet, which had to be removed and left an unusually sticky floor.
