Sweet renderings have been released of yet another development happening near Nats Stadium. As a matter of fact, Square 701 abuts the stadium on its north side so maybe some of the better units will have views of the games? There's quite a bit planned for this choice parcel of property: an office building with about 225,000 sq.ft. of space, a hotel with 180 rooms, a residential building with nearly 300 units, and more than 40,000 sq.ft. of retail. Grosvenor is one of the main players behind this development. No early word on when Square 701 commences construction or when it'll be ready for summer baseball barbecues.
