Consider this a waaaay Under 300K Club member. It is only $38,000 and naturally it is in bad condition. But, it isn't in the rock bottom terrible condition you would expect from a price this low (it's $35 per square foot). If you really do want to spend some money you can do so on the HOA dues which are $698/month (that includes taxes), but that high price is balanced out by a parking space for only five thousand dollars. The listing for this one bedroom, one bath also has the emphatic all caps admonishment NO INVESTORS!!. So take that for what you will. It is in a bad way, but not so bad that an investor would want it.
