And while Metro access is more of a challenge, there are plenty of buses along Mass and Wisconsin Aves. Or for really beating the traffic, you can always ask your neighbor VP Biden for a lift on Marine Two as it choppers in-and-out of the Naval Observatory.

The Lowdown: This building has three of the today's listings, and this 1 bedroom, 1 bath coop is geared for a foodie in mind. Located minutes from Whole Foods and (arguably) "the best sushi spot in DC", the unit has been renovated and comes with $650 monthly HOAs. And there's a pic of jars of something on the kitchen counter. Not sure if it comes with the coop.
