Antique Meat Locker Fetches Extra

New, 1 comment

This hundred year old house in Capitol Hill went under contract in approximately two days of being listed and the deal was sealed in about a month. Pretty quick turnaround, but when you're looking for rustic charm you can't go wrong with a former store whose meat locker makes a perfect wet bar. Don't be surprised if you see steampunk acolytes convening on a regular basis in the yard outside. The sellers sought $750,000 but managed to garner $757,500 for this three bed, 1.5 bath. In case you missed it the first time around, we've pasted the gallery of interior shots after the jump.
