Scandalous Contractor's Crestwood Colonial Under Contract

If the walls of infamous federal contractor Jeffrey Thompson could tell stories, then these walls would be talking non-stop. Thompson has put his Crestwood Colonial on the market for $1,175,000. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a former federal raiding, the house has plenty of character and plenty of history. It was purchased for $366,000 in 1995 from Alexis Herman, who was Clinton's labor secretary. (Oh, housing prices during the Clinton years...) A few months ago, the house was not up-to-par as a "window was broken and the yard was a bit of a mess", but the listing pics showcase a decent property. Unfortunately, the listing agent says the house is under contract with other sites indicating sale pending, which is sad given the house has so many more secrets to divulge.
