Nearby Private Island Can Feel Good About Itself

You may have heard the news that Oracle-cofounder Larry Ellison bought a Hawaiian island, but you were probably also wondering how that stacks up against other private island sales around the world. Paul Tudor Jones, who owns this pimped-out Maryland pad that is on the market for $30M, ranks somewhere below Richard Branson but above Ted Turner (and waaay below Ellison).
