Eisenhower Memorial

And the saga rolls on. The Eisenhower Memorial Commission would not receive any new funds for fiscal year 2013 if a bill drafted by the people in charge of these things gets passed. One of the people on the Eisenhower Commission (Rep. Mike Simpson, R-Idaho) is also on chairman of the subcommittee that drafted this bill. He doesn't feel there's a conflict of interest and points out the Commission still has close to $30M left over from 2012. [HuffPo]
