That building may be little more than a frame right now but the future 31 units are already available for sale. These are now called The Flats On 14th, but the building will probably still stick with The Aston as a nickname. We have the full price list with a square footage break down after the jump, but they start at $299,000 for a one bedroom—that's right, this is a studio-free condo building—and go up to $699,900 for a two bed, two bath. There are also penthouses with a price range of $900s to 1.5M, however the floorplans and exact prices haven't been made public. That's a by appointment only scenario. The seven story building is expected to be completed by the fall and will join about half a dozen other new buildings in the vicinity.
