Occupy DC may have had their tents knocked down in McPherson Square, but the movement has taken up a more adhesive position on the sides of streetlights and signs in Columbia Heights. These Monopoly-themed stickers are from fthebank.org—a group that has the same anti-bank philosophy as the Occupiers (they're especially against a certain bank called Bank Of America).
