We've followed the story of St. Monica's from the beginning when it was transformed from a hundred year old church into nine luxury condos. But all this time the most haute unit of them all has been shy in showing itself off (for months it was shown only by appointment). Sure there were a few pictures, but not the multiple shots of every room we have come to love. Until recently, that is. The unit has a new listing agent, a much lower price and a full set of pictures so we can see what it looks like inside.
This three-level condo used to be the congregation hall when St. Monica's was an active church. But the designers were able to keep the original wood beams and church-y feel of the building while adding the high-end standards like a Viking-applianced kitchen and an impressive master bedroom. The rest of the deets: 3 bed, 3.5 baths, asking $899,000 (down from $1.2M), and two car garage.
