1) DUPONT CIRCLE—The "bespoke" tailors clothiers known as Alton Lane have opened their second location in the past year and have been having a few private parties to celebrate. 4) CHEVY CHASE—H&M announced a little over a week ago that they will be taking over two floors of Chevy Chase Pavilion. A $32M renovation is underway right now, but as soon as that is done the clothing store is going to bring their fashion to the suburbs. [WaPo]
