Parental Feeding Frenzy Opportunity In McLean

Here now, From Curbed Marketplace, highlighting an intriguing real estate listing from the many thousands of properties found in the Curbed Marketplace. Browsing the Marketplace and spot a property worthy of being featured? Send it to the tipline.

A house in one of the lowest inventory neighborhoods around has gone under 700K and we can expect parents to be fighting to the death over this one because of the (allegedly) fantastic school district it is in. This house gets you into Kent Gardens Elementary, which has a French immersion program and that right there is enough to get the parenscenti salivating. The high school is McLean High which they tend to get pretty excited about too. As for the details, it is a 3 bed, 2 bath for $685,000 which is a shockingly low price for this neighborhood. Granted it's a little small, but not bad and has a big yard. Note: the Zillow listing doesn't yet reflect the price reduction down to $685K, but here is the link to the Multiple Listing Service database that always has the most up to date price.
