There's a building going up at 1776 Wilson Blvd that is hoping to get LEED Platinum status because of things like solar energy panels, high performance glass, plumbing that reduces the use of freshwater and even more stuff listed here. This is going to be a commercial office building with ground floor retail and rents for the larger spaces on the top levels are about $40 to $50 per square foot. The building is already fifty percent leased and expects everything to be finished by late summer.
