Prince William, the exurban county that continues to grow rapidly, is looking for bidders for its planned Innovation Technology Park in Manassas. Unfortunately, there are no takers for the proposed town center. But alas, county officials don't plan "to scrap the idea". So it's back to the drawing board for PW to see if they can get someone on board for the development. [WBJ]
