CITY CENTER—The mammoth structure currently under construction has a new tenant to celebrate. One of DC's largest law firms, Covington & Burling, signed a letter of intent to move their head quarters there from Pennsylvania Ave. [WaPo]

Local homebuilder ranks 71st nationally on Professional Builder list
