When we first featured this Brightwood house it was just outside the margins of our three hundred thousand dollar parameters, but not anymore. It is now officially a member of our Under 300K Club and it only took fifteen thousand dollars off the asking price to get it there. The three bed, two full bath is an end unit and has a big yard but no off-street parking. There might be an abundance of wood paneling but it is hard to tell from the pictures that were taken in near darkness. Nonetheless, we get the starter home sensation in a good way.
