It Doesn't Matter If You've Never Heard Of This Architect

Some houses are worth a steep climb. This one, designed by prominent DC architect Errol Adels, is a commitment to your calf muscles, but the payoff is getting to live in a house like no other. This contemporary three bed, three bath was built in 1988 and has huge walls of windows in the main living areas and a galley-by-choice kitchen, complete with tucked in seating area. The master bedroom with a built in fireplace and large private balcony are some more of Adels' choices that he enjoyed while he lived in the house (he has described himself as being 'his own worst client'). Last year the property was listed for $1.895M, but now we're looking at $1.795M.
