Ralph Friedgen has sold his boring colonial for less than he wanted, but more than he paid. He bought in September 2001 (the contract date is September 11th, in fact) for $673,030 and listed it in December of last year for $845,000 when very few other houses were entering the market. But that turned out okay since it was under contract by March and officially sold on March 29th for $795,000. Fifty thousand less than he wanted, but you can't him for wanting to get out of there fast.
