The latest appropriately-themed open house by Urban Pace has been announced (see bottom right hand corner of their landing page for info). This time it is a Rooftop Mojito Night at their new boutique condo The Mint in the Eckington/Brookland area (address: 329 Rhode Island Ave. NE, Washington, DC). Drinks and light snacks will be served tomorrow, Wednesday, April 4th from 4-7p.m. The building has a mix of one and two bedroom units starting in the 300s and the gallery above has shots of their two model units.
