This week's top dish from Eater DC, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...
ATLAS DISTRICT—While it's been known for some time that the owners of Ben's Chili Bowl signed a lease over on H Street NE, this week it was determined that, yes, they are going to be putting in another location of the iconic restaurant there rather than another concept. Eater has all the details.
BLAGDEN ALLEY—Starting next week, Rogue 24 will be offering a shorter, eight-course menu for those who don't want to sit through a three-to-four hour dinner. They're also starting a $30 deal in the lounge.
ROCKVILLE—Eater took an early look inside the yet-to-open Quench in Rockville, which aims to "recreate the urban experience in the suburbs." Head on over for menu details and all the intel on the restaurant's extensive bar program.
GEORGETOWN—Word came this week that Farmers & Fishers will reopen this year at the Washington Harbour, but as a retooled concept: Farmers, Fishers & Bakers. When it reopens the restaurant will not only add on house-made baked goods, but also sushi.
NATIONAL MALL—The National Gallery of Art is teaming up with Spanish chef José Andrés for the next iteration of their museum restaurant: the Garden Cafe Catalonia. Inspired by an upcoming exhibit, the menu features classic Catalan dishes. Click over to see the whole menu.
