A ha! We knew you would crumble eventually, Foundry Lofts. It took a few months, but now we have a bigger, broader, and better picture of what it looks like inside the building that used to be a factory but is now luxury apartments. The 170 units that make up this building are already over 80% leased (as of a press release from a few weeks ago), so these pictures can give you idea of why they are so popular: lots of light, industrial touches that give it a rough-around-the-edges vibe, and a location that is just about to hit its stride. But, yet, they are still able to surprise us all with those neon colors as a staging choice. Bold move, Lofts, bold move.
