When we first looked at this house in Potomac, Md it was to compare its master bathroom to its 'informal' one with marble vanity and gilt-edged mirror. But that was when it cost $6,900,000 (after coming down from $7,500,000). Now the asking price has dropped to $6,495,000, but you still get the same seven bedrooms and twelve bathrooms (seven full, five half). It also gets to stay on the list of the most expensive houses for sale in Maryland. The house has a pool and home theater plus a central vacuum built into the air ducts. Because, let's face it, vacuuming 18,000 square feet is just too time consuming.
