H STREET NE—President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama took some campaign donors out to H Street NE last night for dinner at Boundary Road as part of their recurring Dinner With Barack campaign fundraiser. 14TH STREET CORRIDOR—Graffiato hasn't even been open for a year and Bandolero is not yet open, but this week Mike Isabella announced that he's opening up two new restaurants named Kapnos and G. They'll be side-by-side and one will serve Greek food while the other will be a sister restaurant of sorts to Graffiato. Eater has all the details.

POP-UPS—Speaking of H Street, Toki Underground's Erik Bruner-Yang revealed this week that he's partnering on a new restaurant with Acqua al 2's Ari Gejdenson and chef Johnny Spero. The restaurant will be named S?NA and they're previewing it later this month with a pop-up at LivingSocial's 918 F Street space.

EVENTWIRE—Sweetgreen announced the lineup for the 2012 Sweetlife Food and Music Festival and, beyond a bunch of great musical acts — Avicii, Kid Cudi, The Shins among them — there's also going to be a "Food Forest" involving restaurants such as Shake Shack and the new José Andrés food truck.

DOWNTOWN—Been trying to score a table at Bibiana? Eater talks to general manager Francesco Amodeo for tips on how to get a table, plus he shares some stories about the restaurant's VIP guests and that time someone tried to bring a pony into the lounge.
