There's a house we've been following on 17th Street that is a six bed, five bath for $1,150,000 that was recently delisted from the MLS (but still has a page up at the broker's site). But here's another house not too far away, that has about the same number of square feet (but is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath) and is only $898,000. Another bonus is the delisted house has 1,218 square feet that are 'unfinished', but the Argyle Terrace place is totally done. Same pointy roof appeal, but less moola for the look.
