Local blogger Left For LeDroit was at the ANC meeting last night where someone from Douglas Development came armed with renderings and elevation plans for the Wonderbread building at 621 S St NW. Absolutely none of them included plans for residential units. Instead there will be lower level retail space (most likely for restaurant/brewery concepts) and upper level loft-like office space.
