Arlington County's happy hour geared towards young professionals had about one hundred people turn out to learn about how they could buy a house on their slim salaries. The good news is there are plenty of programs for them to tap into: "If I can get a client with three to five thousand dollars, I can get that person into a home," the homeownership coordinator for Arlington, Doug Myrick, told CityPaper.
