Boutique This, U Street Corridor

In the ongoing debate over who has more class, U Street or Logan Circle, the latter is about to up the ante. Logan Circle isn't just getting a old building turned into a few swanky condos, but it's getting a former Lionel Trains store turned into five two-bedroom units that each have outdoor space. How's that for a conversational curio to drop into cocktail party chatter? Oh, interesting, you live in a converted post office? Well, actually, our condo used to be a hobby train store. The condos will be known as Lionel Lofts and are expected to be ready by this summer. Here's the bad news: two of them have already sold, so there are only three left. But click through the 3D renderings to see if they tempt you. All the units range from 750 to 1300 square feet.
