Now that the news has had time to settle more details are beginning to emerge about how Team Trump is going to revamp the Old Post Office. (Bisnow put forth their gilded hypothesis at right.) Colony Capital Partners is going to partner with Trump on the project, which means things must have gone alright between them when they turned New York's Mayfair hotel into a luxury condo building. But Ivanka Trump, EVP of development and acquisitions, is the one in charge of the project.
