A New Real Estate Firm For DC's High-End Properties

Remember this property on Wyoming that was a renovated former school bought by the middle generation of the Pollin family (David and Kirsten Pollin bought it in 2009 for $3.95M)? Well David Pollin just went into the real estate business with the guy he bought it from. The one and only Jim Bell, an agent formerly with Washington Fine Properties. Both have found a boutique agency along with Trent Heminger (from TTR Sotheby’s International Realty) called Beasley Real Estate whose initial set of listings are all top of the market properties. They have even listed the Wyoming Avenue house for the same price as when it hit the market last year ($4,395,000).
