The Ten Least Expensive Properties In Logan Circle

New, 2 comments

While the Columbia Heights condos tended to have more traditional layouts, these Logan Circle properties sometimes (but not always) venture into more modern designs matching the preferences of the neighborhood's hip residents. And this being Logan Circle, "affordable" means a higher price than what you'd expect in CoHi, but with those extra dollars come extra convenience and cachet.
